Hollis Taggart joins the ADAA Class of 2025

Hollis Taggart is thrilled to announce its induction into the Art Dealers Association of America (ADAA)’s incoming class of 2025. The gallery is honored to join the nation's leading professional association of fine art dealers along with 11 other illustrious galleries. Thank you to the ADAA members for your support.

 

Each new member dealer reflects the ADAA’s dedication to promoting the highest standards of connoisseurship, scholarship, and ethical practice within the fine arts, as admission follows a rigorous evaluation of their programmatic and business history, ensuring that every new member exemplifies the best of the U.S. art market.

 

Hollis Taggart was founded in 1979 with a mission to present museum-quality works of art, maintain a program motivated by scholarship, and offer personalized support in all aspects of art collecting. For over 40 years, the gallery has exhibited significant works of American art, from the Hudson River School to American modernism as well as post-war and contemporary artists through countless critically acclaimed exhibitions developed in collaboration with the foremost leaders in the field. The gallery has expanded from its Los Angeles roots to locations in Georgetown, Manhattan, Chicago, and is now based in Chelsea, where it represents numerous estates and showcases a blend of historical and contemporary works, while also emphasizing the revival of forgotten artists.

 

Hollis Taggart represents 31 estates and contemporary artists: Thomas Agrinier, Pablo Atchugarry, Dusti Bongé, Charles Cajori, Norman Carton, Audrey Flack, Hollis Heichemer, André Hemer, Francis Hines, Edward Holland, Dorothy Hood, Sheila Isham, Ralph Iwamoto, Dana James, Alex Kanevsky, Tim Kent, John Knuth, Osamu Kobayashi, Albert Kotin, Chloë Lamb, Hayoon Jay Lee, Ruth Lewin, Rachel MacFarlane, Knox Martin, Justine Otto, Bill Scott, Charles Seliger, Rafael Soriano, Brett Taylor, Alexandros Vasmoulakis, and Michael (Corinne) West.
